We ship with UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx or USPS

Our goal is to ship most orders within 72 hours. If an item you have ordered is on backorder, we will let you know, usually by e-mail.

Order Verification & Payments

In some cases we may need to verify your order. We may do this by e-mail or telephone. For your protection, PhotoBadge.com is committed to fraud prevention. We verify your billing address and phone number. If the value of your order exceeds our credit card limit, we may contact you for additional information or make arrangements for an alternative payment method.

Accurate USA/PhotoBadge.com reserves the right not to ship any order.

Return Policy
1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, most products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund, excluding shipping charges.
2. Special Order & Custom Products may not be returned.
3. Software cannot be returned.
4. Cameras & Card Printers cannot be returned.
